Job Title: ERPNext Solution Architect

Location: Onsite – Ahmedabad

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are hiring an execution-driven ERPNext Solution Architect to lead end-to-end ERP implementations, design scalable business systems, and own solution delivery for high-impact client projects.

This is not a passive consulting role. This is for a builder who takes responsibility for architecture, business logic, and successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead ERPNext implementation projects from requirement gathering to go-live
2. Analyze client business processes and design optimal ERPNext solutions
3. Configure core ERPNext modules (Accounting, CRM, Stock, Buying, Selling, HR, Manufacturing, etc.)
4. Define system architecture, workflows, roles, permissions, and data models
5. Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
6. Guide ERPNext Developers and Functional Consultants
7. Oversee integrations with third-party systems (APIs, payment gateways, CRMs, etc.)
8. Manage data migration strategy and execution
9. Ensure solution performance, scalability, and security
10. Own UAT, go-live planning, and post-go-live stabilization
11. Maintain solution documentation and implementation standards

Required Skills & Experience:

1. 3+ years of ERPNext implementation and solution design experience
2. Strong functional understanding of ERP business processes
3. Hands-on experience with ERPNext core modules
4. Ability to configure workflows, reports, print formats, and permissions
5. Solid understanding of Frappe Framework (technical depth is a plus)
6. Experience in client-facing roles and requirement workshops
7. Knowledge of integrations, REST APIs, and data migration
8. Understanding of Linux environments and ERPNext deployments
9. Strong leadership, ownership, and decision-making ability
