Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how cancellations, refunds, and service terminations are handled at Exalix Tech. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described below.
1. General Policy
Exalix Tech primarily provides professional services including ERPNext implementation, customization, consulting, support, training, hosting, and resource engagement. Due to the nature of these services, payments made are generally non-refundable once service delivery has commenced.
2. ERPNext Implementation, Consulting & Custom Development
- Advance or milestone payments are non-refundable once work has started
- Any work already completed will be billed proportionately
- Cancellation must be submitted in writing via email
- Scope changes are handled as per the agreed proposal or contract
3. Support, AMC & Retainers
Payments for support plans, AMC, or monthly retainers are non-refundable. Services remain active until the end of the billing period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Hire Resources / Dedicated Developers
For resource hiring or dedicated engagement models:
- Advance payments are non-refundable once the resource is allocated
- Notice periods apply as defined in the engagement agreement
- Unused hours do not carry forward unless explicitly agreed
5. Training Programs
Payments for training sessions, workshops, or knowledge transfer programs are non-refundable once schedules, materials, or sessions are initiated.
6. Hosting & Infrastructure
Hosting, cloud infrastructure, and third-party service charges are non-refundable, as these costs are incurred upfront with external providers.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds, if any, are issued solely at the discretion of Exalix Tech and only in exceptional cases where services could not be delivered due to internal constraints. Any approved refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.
8. Service Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement as per the agreed contract. Upon termination, all outstanding dues become immediately payable, and access to services may be restricted until settlement.
9. Policy Updates
Exalix Tech reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
