Yes. We work from Ahmedabad with North America operations in Ontario, serving clients across seven countries. Time zones are handled by scheduling around yours rather than ours, and everything is recorded for people who could not attend.
Often, yes. Support and AMC, customisation, integrations, or an audit of an implementation someone else built. If we find ERPNext core has been patched directly, we will tell you, because that has to be unwound before anything new is built on top.
