Exalix Tech is looking for a full-time ERPNext Implementation Consultant to work on multiple live and upcoming client projects. The role involves end-to-end ERPNext implementation, with a strong focus on Accounting, data migration, and client execution.

This is a long-term role for someone who wants to grow with an ERP consulting company, not a short-term gig.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

ERPNext functional setup, configuration, and implementation

Accounting module setup (Chart of Accounts, GST, taxes, opening balances)

Creation and management of masters (Customers, Suppliers, Items, Price Lists)

Day-to-day client coordination and issue resolution

Understanding business workflows and mapping them into ERPNext

Following internal SOPs, documentation standards, and implementation guidelines

Supporting UAT, go-live, and post-go-live activities

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

6 months – 2+ years of ERPNext implementation experience

Strong understanding of Accounting in ERPNext

Hands-on experience with Tally to ERPNext migration (preferred)

Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks

Good communication and client-handling skills

Comfortable working in a remote, fast-execution environment

Employment Type: Full-Time

Onsite Travel: Occasional onsite visits (project-based, if required)
