We are hiring a sharp, execution-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth for our ERP implementation and SaaS business. This is a frontline revenue role for someone who takes ownership of pipelines, moves fast, and closes real business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Generate and qualify B2B leads for ERPNext implementation and SaaS solutions
  2. Conduct outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
  3. Handle inbound leads and convert them into sales-qualified opportunities
  4. Understand client business needs and position ERPNext solutions accordingly
  5. Schedule and coordinate product demos and discovery calls
  6. Prepare proposals, quotations, and basic commercial documents
  7. Follow up consistently and manage the sales pipeline in CRM
  8. Coordinate with technical teams for solution design and closures
  9. Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets


Required Skills & Experience:

  1. 0–3 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, or IT services sales
  2. Strong communication and persuasion skills
  3. Comfortable with cold calling, follow-ups, and negotiations
  4. Basic understanding of ERP, SaaS, or IT services (training provided)
  5. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and execution-focused
  6. Strong documentation and CRM discipline
